Full Returns Terms and Conditions
Because Radflo offers hand made custom shocks, many parts are unique to each shock. When ordering replacement parts we recommend contacting Radflo to verify replacement parts correct part numbers. If you order a part without verification you will be responsible for the cost to ship back and a restocking fee may occur.
Returned Goods
All merchandise that is to be returned to RADFLO for credit MUST REFERENCE A RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION (RGA) NUMBER, no exceptions. Shipments that arrive without a RGA number will be refused or returned freight collect to the sender. RGA numbers can be obtained by contacting RADFLO’s warehouse department.
New merchandise returns and warranty returns should not be mixed and require different RGA numbers. Returns are to be separated in to two (2) categories: (1) New Merchandise Returns; and (2) Warranties/Alleged Defects.
All shipments of returned merchandise must be accompanied by a detailed packing slip listing the RGA number, company name, part numbers of products returned and reason for return of each product.
All returns must be sent freight pre-paid. Freight collect shipments will be refused. All returns must be properly insured by the customer against shipping damage.
New Merchandise Return
All merchandise to be returned must be in perfect, re-sellable condition for full credit less a 20% re-stocking fee. Merchandise that is not in re-sellable condition will not be accepted for return.
All items to be returned must be listed on the current price sheet. Obsolete or discontinued parts will not be accepted.
Alleged Defective Merchandise Returns
RADFLO is in the constant pursuit of producing the highest quality products available. This is backed up by our warranty that is listed in this policy and available to all customers. The stipulations of this warranty must be followed to process any warranty claim. Do not give your customer a credit or refund until we have received the product and deemed it to be defective. Replacement parts are available for purchase until RADFLO can examine the part(s) in question. Once they have been examined and if deemed defective a credit or refund will be issued.
All alleged defects or warranties must be accompanied by a RGA number, in addition to clear notation of the problem and proof of purchase from the consumer.
RADFLO is not responsible for any freight charges, incidental or consequential costs associated with the repair or replacement of defective products.
