Combining longevity, performance and comfort, the 600R SERIES uses race-proven and time-tested technology in an OE replacement package for your Grenadier. 100% bolt-on, serviceable, and re-tunable; the 600R SERIES fits right into stock or 2’’ lift mounts and is tuned to your specific vehicle application; reducing body roll while increasing control and comfort.

On or off-road, cruising the streets or hammering the trails; the 600R piggyback shock utilizes a high-flow main piston and external reservoir for increased oil capacity. The internal floating piston (IFP) ensures consistent, fade-free performance.

Piggyback Reservoir with Internal Floating Piston (IFP)

An IFP separates the oil and nitrogen chambers, eliminating shock fade due to emulsification and allowing for consistent performance even when pushing hard. Large piggyback reservoir increases oil capacity – RST High Performance Suspension Fluid keeps working when temperatures rise, giving you the confidence to drive further and go faster.

Valving
Our CNC Machined – 6061 T6 Aluminum – 2.5’’ FreeFlo piston allows for maximum oil flow through the application-specific velocity-sensitive valving, increasing vehicle comfort and control both on and off-road. Street, trail, and desert tested; ready to excel no matter where you drive. More Flow = More Comfort = More Control

Durability
3 Stage Redundant Seal Cap, SSID Steel Housing, and large ⅝’’ Chrome-Plated Stainless Steel Shaft maintains durability and resists dents, knicks, and chips. OEM Grade Rubber Bushings, 6061 T6 Aluminum CNC Machined Parts, Type II Hard Anodizing and Cadmium (CAD) plating stands up to real-world abuse and offer unparalleled corrosion resistance.

Steering

The RST 2.5 STEERING DAMPER can be added to further increase the performance of your Ineos Grenadier. Made to cushion any lateral forces which may be translated into the steering components and steering wheel, especially when introducing larger wheels and tires. 100% bolt-on, serviceable, and re-tunable; this massive 2.5’’ Steering Damper fits right into stock mounts.

Utilizing the RST steering-specific piston to provide equal damping forces from lock-to-lock, reduce steering wheel feedback and while increasing vehicle control, no matter your driving situation.

With increased oil volume and an internal floating piston (IFP) to separate the nitrogen gas and high-viscosity oil chambers, steering fade is a thing of the past. Whether on paved road, through rock gardens, or over an open desert keep your Grenadier tracking straight while maintaining a tight steering feel.
